General conditions

Booking conditions:

1) A minimum booking of 3 nights is requested.

2) Check-in: 2 pm – 8 pm ; check out: until 11:30 am.

3) Smoking is not allowed in the building and the guest rooms.

4) Pets are not allowed.

5) The reservation is only valid after the advance of 30% of the total accommodation cost has been transferred to account:

The advance payment should be received within 5 working days after the reservation.

The balance to be paid at the latest on arrival. The guest must be able to show the approved bank transfer.

6) The advertised room rates always include VAT, tourist tax and cleaning.

7) In case of cancellation up to 2 weeks before the planned stay, we will refund the deposit minus an administrative cost of € 40. If you cancel after this period, unfortunately we can no longer grant a refund.

8) In the event of late arrival or early check-out, the full amount must be paid to the accomodation.

9) Promotions and discounts cannot be combined. These discounts do not apply when a booking has already been made under promotional conditions.

10) Would you like to book several rooms at the same time?

If you book outside a promotional period, you will receive a discount on the room rate when booking at least 2 rooms. Contact Ellen (ellen@casasdahelena.eu) for a proposal.

Group bookings are possible with discounts. Therefore please contact Ellen (ellen@casasdahelena.eu)
